Setup Postgres- Setup pgaccess (maybe - it helps with queries and admin from windows) 2. Setup Tomcat 3. Setup Poolman 4. Setup Eclipse 5. Setup basicportal in Tomcat - (I am working on creating a .war file now) 6. Install Tomcat Plugin for Eclipse 7. Setup Eclipse project 8. Debug a JSP page with eclipse Hope to have more posted soon!
