FYI... I know it was reported on this list that struts-menu.war did not work on Resin 3.0 Beta. It turns out this was a bug in resin - 3.0 beta doesn't understand the <http-method> parameter in the <web-resource-collection> element (for security). It's fixed in a snapshot - resin-3.0.s030319.
