The only thing that handles back button well is ... flash imo:

Broadband is comming!!!! And people want rich UI. My clients "think" that clide side is faster (for example client side Java applets they think are faster); but the point it MTV.com, and cocacola.com, etc.... people want RICH UI!!!!

So I am working or mastering flash to xml-rpc runing formbeans/dao inside of pico.
Most flash 'developers' have 6 months..... some J2EE developers have 6 years or more. So development experience couts a lot

The flash stuff is cool, but I do have a couple of problems with Flash:

1. It's slow - or rather it just "seems" slow because it says "please wait" vs. me waiting for an actual page to load - which I'm used to.

2. Refresh and back buttons on the browser cause everything to start at the beginning (at least in the foot joy site).

If they could fix #2, Flash would be *much* better IMO for web applications. I've been a flash fan for years (unlike many other folks) - but it is very hard to find good flash developers vs. good HTML developers.

My $0.02,

Matt
