Balamurugan Jagadeesan joined us on 8th September 2003 as Junior Engineer -
Network Control Group at Chennai. He was part of the Technical Helpdesk team of
technology division and was responsible for handling Core Network Monitoring
and Escalation process, Technology MIS and Infodesk Administration.
He later moved to Global Network Operations Center where he has contributed
immensely in creating various scripts for providing alerts on configuration
backup.He is currently responsible for handling Cisco interactions and
providing information for Network Capacity planning.
He is extremely hardworking and dedicated individual with a "never give up
attitude".
On behalf of all of us, I take this opportunity to wish him the very best and
many more years of association with Sify.
