Hi,
It happens everywhere not only in our offices , it happens in govt offices,
politics , defence , police , sports u name it this sombu and ching chak
will be there as long ppl ( the top mgmt guys ) have a liking for it....we
must accept it as part of our life ....vera vazhi illa
Only thing is we should also not fall for this and start sombu
activities...be striaght forward and lets not do sombu nakking for anyone
and will not encourage ppl who will do to us when one day we are also top
mgmt having sub - ordinates...
Believe in your talent .......God didn't have time to make a nobody, only a
somebody.I believe that each of us has God-given talents within us waiting
to be brought to fruition.
