*) for Systems Support Leader* to be based out of Bahrain.*
Intercol is a leading business conglomerate headquartered out of Bahrain and
with a presence in UAE, Qatar and Kuwait. Over the years Intercol has
achieved sustained growth through diversification. Intercol has interests in
consumer goods, shipping and forwarding, transportation and logistics,
telecommunications and information technology; medical equipment and
supplies, lubricants and chemicals, paints and coatings and insurance.

*Position: *Systems Support Leader
**
*Description:*
· Has a role working with internal network users and application
management.
· The candidate will be responsible for Network Management, OS
Administration, Patch management, Change management, user troubleshooting
and internal network & software support.
· He will also be responsible for the company wide eMail server and
Web server management
· Manage a technical team to provide systems support to different
divisions in the company
*Requirements: *
· Knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft server and
client operating systems and applications, Exchange Server
· Complete understanding of network, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP and network
protocols
· Administering and Working experience with Windows 200x servers,
Windows client operating systems and Exchange server
· Familiar with network administration, monitoring and
troubleshooting
· Knowledge on TCP/IP, DNS, MX-Records, IP concepts LAN, WAN and
internet technology
· Knowledge and working experience with Html, Dhtml, ASP scripting,
Java Script, CSS, Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
· Conceptual knowledge on Web site hosting, ISP and eMail server
working methodology
· 3-4 years experience
· Must have been in charge of a technical team
