professionals. At present,
they immediate opening for the following requirement.
Requirement: AIX Admin
1) Should have atleast 3 Years of total experience.
2) Atleast 2 years of experience in AIX Administration.
3) Must have worked on more than 40 servers.
4) Should have Working knowledge on HACMP, LPAR/ DLPAR, HMC,CSM.
5) Installation of Linux on various hardware platforms Disk Administration
File system management user accounts Quotas and Job automation Network
Administration Booting systems into different run levels for troubleshooting
and system maintenance Fixing the login problems Diagnosing and correcting
misconfigured network.
6) Diagnosing and correcting hostname resolution problems.
Configuring the X Window System and a desktop environment Security
implementation to users through sticky bit and TCP Wrappers Backup and
Recovery Configuration of NFS DNS FTP NIS Apache Samba and Squid servers
Implementing software Raid
7) Expertise in Maintenance Installation of Solaris on various hardware
platforms. File system management, user accounts, Quotas and Job automation.
8) Experience in Backup and Recovery Configuration of NFS, DNS, FTP, NIS,
Apache and Samba servers will be desirable.
9) Hands on Experience on LVM in AIX.
10) Hands on Experience on HACMP and LPAR on AIX
11) Configuring SSH and Trusted rlogin/sudo/NTP
12) Extensive knowledge in shell Scripting tools like Precise in-depth for
sed, awk, Korn Shell, BASH Shell, Bourne Shell and C Shell.
13) Knowledge in Veritas Volume Manager and Veritas Cluster Server
14) Hands on Experience on EMC SAN Environments and IBM Total
Storage(ESS),SSA
15) Knowledge in HP-UX and Red hat Linux
16) Strong Knowledge on UNIX System Calls.
