Hands on experience Avaya/Cisco VOIP platforms with implemenation 8. Hands on experience in IBM/Avaya Unified Communications with multiple locations support 9. Other key responsibilities include - IT infrastructure, Helpdesk support, desktop/server support, LAN/WAN support, Email/Internet support & Security 10.Hands on experience in Virtualisation with VMWare/Xenapp environment 11. Should have the ability to manage multiple locations across the globe 12. Exposure Oracle 11G Database, Oracle 10G Application, 6i and 10 G forms 13. Good understanding and experience in web enabling the applications using Citrix 14. Documentation and IT processes and policy formulation skills 15. Experience in HP Storage/SAN/NAS administration and troubleshooting 1. Taking up the overall ownership of the projects. 2. Responsible for guiding and mentoring the entire team Technically. 3.
