Job Description:
Engineering diploma/degree with 5-8 years of relevant work experience & relevant technical certifications
Strong understanding and experience in managing medium size Data Centers preferably from (Financial Services- Stock Market) background.
Should have scheduled and managed batch processing like EOD / Back up Management/ Data recovery management
Should have good exposure in customer support co-ordination including customer support surveys and analysis.
Should be competent in vendor co-ordination for software and hardware.
Should be familiar with different telecom networks like (MPLS, VSAT, Leased Line, VPN etc)
Should have solid fundamentals in ITIL processes.
Desktop support, application support and co-ordination skills are must
Expected to be technical and have hands on experience on all or at least few technologies.
Will be required to support Windows servers/ MS Exchange / Linux / AIX/ Oracle / SQL technologies
