Professional Experience description: • IT Infrastructure Management • IT SLA Management • Certification in ITIL Job Profile • Manage Group Data Center Operations at Mumbai • Streamline the data center operations, and implement policies in relation to regulations. • Responsible for Data Center accesses, security procedures & controls. • Capacity planning of data center infrastructure and performance of health checks, etc. • Develop a reliable Backup and Restore strategy & manage daily backups/restores, inventory and other data center tasks • Develop/maintain documentation (SOP) for Data Center and BCP architecture • Meeting the Service level Agreement (SLA) with the businesses • Manage 3rd party Service Level Agreement • Ensure Compliance to Security Standards like ISO27001 • Identification of latest technologies and implementing relevant ones in Datacenter.
