Dear Deva, For any Backup Server to go down @ Service Level the main cause could be below, Check those first
1. Time Server - Local Time need to run properly, if there is problem on that, service may fail 2. Backup Server Database - I think, in this case, it is MSSQL Server DB, which is giving trouble. Verify DB is fine, if not, you need to go to previous Backup MSSQL db to make your software work.
