Job Description
This role would involve working within a Remote Delivery Center Environment,
providing 1st and 2nd level support and maintenance of Server Operating
Systems(AIX, HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Windows, CITRIX, VmWare), and other third
party products.
## Responsibilities
It includes providing 24 X 7 offshore/remote support, candidates willing to
work in any 24X7 shifts
Manage and resolve problems assigned by help desk or operations. including
on-call
The role involves mission critical system for IBM clients
Problem determination and resolution within agreed SLA. Review Backup
reports and Initiate actions on backup failure against specific
documentation.
Implement changes, perform security related tasks, identify and recommend
improvements to existing processes and procedures.
Perform roles or tasks assigned by TL/manager
Basic knowledge in word, Excel
Work friendly with other team members
Willing to relocate anywhere in India
Willing to Travel (Domestic/Onsite)
Ready to migrate from one platform to other (Eg, AIX to Sun Solaris or
Intel)

Window etc)

* Basic knowledge Hardware
* Basic knowledge in c,c++
* Basic Knowledge in Programming
The selected candidates would undergo 3-4 months of technical class room
training followed by industry certification.
