Roles and responsibilities: To ensure that scope is properly defined and accepted the client and/or account team. Plan, control and follow up the implementation of the Project. To be overall responsible for project roll outs. To manage multiple projects together To be responsible for transitions of the projects to the customer with their approval To be the customer/ account interface for all the projects Ensure that the project results fulfill the specified requirements. Ensure that all the contractual obligations and regulations are met. Make sure that Implementation resources are properly allocated and these resources fulfill their task. To plan the procurement for the project and co-ordinate with central procurement function, if required. Demonstrate that the project has achieved the different sub-objectives. To ensure regular progress meetings are held and minute with the customer. Support and assist implementation and logistics staff to take action for project material, which is short supplied, wrongly supplied, damaged material or any such non-conformance noticed during supply and implementation process. Monitor that the corrective actions decided upon in conjunction with the project audits are effectively carried out.
