Key Responsibilities: • Minimize the adverse effect on the business of incident and problems caused by capacity related issues in the infrastructure and to proactively prevent the occurrence of such incidents and problems • Ensure the successful, timely reactive and proactive resolution or initiation of resolution of detected capacity issues, including notification and escalation of high priority issues across CIM groups • Proactive prevention of issues – trend analysis, targeting support action and communication • Ensure all relevant service teams understand and act upon existing processes or process alerts • Participate in new service offering design reviews, provide input from capacity point of view • Participate in capacity management process definition, design & maintenance • Monthly & Weekly reporting, capacity related incident review on demand • Aligns with ITIL & ISO20k compliance Knowledge/Skills Requirements: • Customer service skills and client focus • Strong communications skills including the ability to communicate technical information in using non-technical language • Knowledge of TCP/IP and other networking protocols is essential • Previous experience or aptitude to be successful in an Administration and Operations capacity • Basic overview of network communication & transport protocols – MPLS, Leased Lines, Frame Relay, ISDN, etc… • Working technical knowledge of telecommunication infrastructures • Good problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills • Preferable to have 6+ years experience in computer related industry • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress • Ability to work on several problems simultaneously • Ability to work with broad range of experience levels • Maintaining a close customer relationship throughout all supported Accenture locations.
