Location :- Pune * Overall in charge for the Electromechanical services (HT side, LT side, Transformers, DG sets, Chillers, PAC units, UPS etc.) * Coordination with facility management team to ensure maximum uptime of the E & M services. * Managing BMS activities which include access control devices, CCTV devices and utility management equipment's. * Handling internal audits (Security and Quality) from Admin side to ensure adherence with the policies and procedure. * Vendor payments for E & M related activities and tracking of the expenses. * Projection of expenses (Budgets) for E & M related services. * Handling Customer Security Audits and adherence to the guidelines and procedures set for the respective engagement. * Tracking of procurement related activities from E & M perspective. * Monitoring vendor performances and scheduling regular meetings for improvement of overall performance of the vendor. * Maintaining documents as handed over from the project stages and tracking it in such fashion that it can be made available when needed. * Coordination with Government bodies (MIDC, MSEDCL) for any assistance required in day to day operations of the organization.
