Ltd (Manufacturer of PC’S, Notebooks & Mobiles): http://www.g7systems.in/ Brief JD Iis as below:- Purpose of the job To create the Open Source pool which could be used across the verticals in the organization based on the skill set requirement for the ongoing or maintenance of projects Job role • Responsible for developing new programs as per the specifications / design and ensure completion of allocated task within the timeframe • Writes, edits, and debugs programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output • Tests new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate; assists lower-level programmers with programming assignments • Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level • Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports • Review and repair legacy code • Working closely with reporting authority / manager • Provide general administrative support to the organization • Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management • Adhering to the Organization standard process and quality program Accountability 1. For Bug free Coding with the quality output on time 2. Strictly adhere the Functional Specifications / Design and responsible for any deviations 3. Owning the task till the final delivery of the Project / Product 4. During the project deadline to manage the slippages if any, the fullest 100% co-operation and co-ordination is expected with the positive approach and positive response 5. Adhering to the organization standard processes and quality objectives Knowledge required 1. PHP 2. MySQL 3. Joomla 4. Ajax 5. Online Payment modules 6. JQuery 7. HTML / CSS 8. Apache Server 9. Proficiency in working and developing on Linux (any flavor - debian, redhat, ubuntu, slackware etc) 10. Stored procedures, triggers, indexes, table normalization and database design 11. Knowledge on other languages like C, C++, Java, Perl, Python Javascript, UNIX shell is an added advantage 12.
