The presentation displayed Aksai Chin and Karakoram occupied by China, marked in red and parts of Kashmir occupied by Pakistan, which was marked in green. According to the PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti, it was for the first time that a mainstream political party had dared to speak about the regions under controversy and also said that the party was wanted Jammu and Kashmir to become a gateway for Central and South Asia.
