HI Sami, Am doing good da, In our company they are taking people based on their communication skill. After the passing the first round, Candidate will be moved on to second round based on his/her strength. i.e. incase he has strong technical back ground he will be moved to Dell, Symantec, Microsoft, Cisco too.
Based on his experiance the level and pay will be decided. to my knowledge its 30% from the current CTC and as you also know its the skill of the candidate to negotiate for the best.
