Associates in the team. * Conceptualize and drive functional process improvements in upstream and down-stream accounting processes. * Drive best practice sharing. Skills Required: * 4- 5 years of experience with minimum 3 years of BPO Experience in third party F&A domain / Shared Service Center of a global org. Experience in R2R processes (General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets Actg, Account Reconciliations & Book Closures) is a MUST. * Bachelors degree in Commerce followed by CA Inter/ICWA Inter (Semi Qualified Accountants) qualification is highly desirable. * Deep understanding of accounting concepts and principles, working knowledge and experience on ERP systems. SAP experience would be desirable. * Excellent communication skills - oral and written. * Good presentation skills. Ability to be able to make presentations to internal stakeholders and senior level managers on the client side. * Decision making, problem-solving and analytical skills. * Eye for detail and accuracy. * High tolerance of ambiguity and flexibility.
