Working on Transitions of New Applications to Understand their System and Model of developments. 12. Able to Handle Multiple Applications Strictly Following the SDLC Model. 13. Understanding the SLA of each Application and working accordingly. 14. Must be able to Meet Every Day Dead Lines in delivering Code to Lower Env's as Scheduled. 15. Must be Capable to Participate in All Review Meetings and Express concerns and Ideas. 16. Work on Continuous Transitions of Applications Between Team. 17. Make Continuous Documentations on the Knowledge Acquired of the Applications we work with. 18. Ad-hoc Weekend & After Hours Support. 19. Experience in Onsite/Offshore Work Model and Co-Ordinate our Offshore Team.
