Assists in the development and implementation of new systems in compliance with organization standards. Maintains documentation on existing and new systems, including enhancements or modifications. Provides follow-up to ensure success of programs. *Primary Job Duties:* Provide technical guidance in the implementation of data repository supporting daily operational transportation processes and analytical reporting for Global Trade compliance. Implement archive/purge processes for GTS module. *Minimum Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related degree. 5-7 years related experience and/or training in systems analysis and system design. SAP functional and technical experience with GTS module and ECC 6.0 to include configuration, writing functional and technical specifications. *Strong knowledge desired in following areas: * Preference Processing, Duty Suspension, Parts Classification and Licensing, export compliance legal and regulatory processes. Must work effectively in teams to achieve user objectives and ensure client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills. *Please note: This position is not eligible for OT and DT multipliers.* All hours are billed at ST rate. Strong knowledge of GTS data structures and API's needed in development of web service solutions. Prior experience with implementing and supporting archive process in GTS. Strong technical skills to drive system performance improvements, including review of fuzzy logic tools available in the market to reduce the quantity of false positive hits. Internal billing split between GIS (performance, archive) and Global Export Controls (fuzzy logic, reporting), Logistics (reporting).
