Are you certain that the "next-server" and "filename" options are being
set by your DHCP server?
The DHCP client on the MVP puts the settings that it gets
into /etc/udhcpc.config. What's there? Is $SERVER set to point to your
TFTP server? Is DONGLE=dongle.bin (or similar) there?
/etc/rcS looks for ${DONGLE}.config on the TFTP service (port 69/udp) at
${SERVER}. If your DHCP server isn't setting both next-server and
filename then udhcpc.config won't have a values for SERVER and/or DONGLE
and no download will be attempted.
