Thanks, Steve. I am able to telnet to the MVP and issue these commands

# TZ=PST+8PDT,M4.1.0/2,M10.5.0/2; export TZ;
# date MMDDHHMMSSYYYY

With this, I am able to connect to replayTV from MVP. I don't need to run the ATS time server anymore on the Windows PC.

Good old "date" will change the time for you.
 
I can't remember the exact syntax it's something like
 
date DDMMYYHHMM
 
Do some googling on it.
 
The question I have is how to set TZ correctly?
Anyone know the TZ string for the UK that takes into account BST?
