Just in case there was something new with icecast I've used a little
utility that I wrote creates an m3u of all 1000 stations from xiph.org
and I tried about 50 and most were successful and the ones that failed
didn't load in xmms or winamp either.

Here's a typical connect.log

The icy-metaint would cause a problem if something is setup wrong, but
I didn't change anything in this area for .31 You might want to look
at the played.log maybe something is overflowing, here's the one from
the last connect.log
