I setup 2 separate boxes (same mythtv database), and I also had to do 
setup 2 separate lineups, I setup bcast and bcast-hdtv, and bound
each to the correct tuner(s)

On mine old live tv will display a 480p, I cannot get new live tv
to switch to the ATSC channels, it does not crash, but scrolling down
on the program listing and hitting enter displays the original
channel.

I am running i believe the 12072006 daily.

I don't usually use the live TV feature, I usually just schedule
recording and then watch it on a delay.
