Hi all,

I have a question that may not directly impact the MVPMC, but it seems
that the only way I see this is when using my MVPMC.

I have a couple of ISO images that are PAL encoded video. When I try to
play them on my NTSC tv via MVPMC, I get "floating" green artifacts
along the bottom. Floating in that they move around and go up and down.
  Imagine some water on the bottom of the screen, and how it might slosh
when shaken/waved.

I get this when playing from the VOB, and also when using an MPEG ripped
via dvd::rip.

My question is, has anyone else seen this, and how did you fix it? I
have tried various options to dvd::rip, and can't seem to get rid of it.
  When I play the same mpeg clip on VLC, it works fine, so I think it's
something specific to the mvpmc. But, not sure what.
