G'day all,

I have ripped a vob from a dvd using dvdbackup.

I have then taken the vob and using ffmpeg added mp2 qudio stream.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/mnt$ ffmpeg -i 000*
FFmpeg version SVN-r7427, Copyright (c) 2000-2006 Fabrice Bellard, et
al.
  configuration: --enable-gpl --enable-pp --enable-mp3lame --enable-
a52 --enable-dts --disable-debug --prefix=/usr --enable-libogg --
enable-vorbis --enable-faad --enable-faac
  libavutil version: 49.1.0
  libavcodec version: 51.28.0
  libavformat version: 51.7.0
  built on Jan 8 2007 13:48:17, gcc: 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-12)
Compiler did not align stack variables. Libavcodec has been miscompiled
and may be very slow or crash. This is not a bug in libavcodec,
but in the compiler. Do not report crashes to FFmpeg developers.
Input #0, mpeg, from '000test2.vob':
  Duration: 00:04:29.8, start: 0.500000, bitrate: 1030 kb/s
  Stream #0.0[0x1e0]: Video: mpeg2video, yuv420p, 720x576, 104857 kb/s,
25.00 fps(r)
  Stream #0.1[0x1c0]: Audio: mp2, 48000 Hz, stereo, 192 kb/s
  Stream #0.2[0x80]: Audio: ac3, 48000 Hz, 5:1, 448 kb/s
Must supply at least one output file

As you can see I have one video stream and 2 audio streams.
The 2 audio streams are an ac3 5.1 and a mp2 stereo.

The menu allows you to select either of the streams, but it does not
seem to make any difference.

When the ac3 stream is in the file the playback skips and jumps.
If I remove the ac3 stream then it plays OK.

It is almost like the ac3 stream is always used regardless of stream
you select.

Does anybody have any idea what might be happening?
