I think it probably depends on whether you're running any remote front ends. In my case I wasn't previously as I have a combined front and back end box (now with the MediaMVP as a second front end in the bedroom). As a result I came up against one or two Myth configuration requirements that aren't strictly related to mvpmc, such as not using the loopback address in the backend IP address configuration. If I get some spare time at some point, I might put everything into a step-by-step setup document (I know several exist, but none that I've seen suggest that you might need to carry out some of the back end configuration activities that I did). -- Mark Smith - Surrey, UK http://www.chez-moi.org.uk/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
