I have 2 MVP devices, and 2 remotes. One of the remotes doesn't work. I've played all the switcheroo games, including swapping batteries and swapping remotes, and it sure seems like the remote doesn't work. Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot the remote, and/or how to go about getting it repaired?
