Not likely...at least not currently on the MVP side of things.

Check the MythTV users lists for recent threads on specifying a 
preferred tuner for live TV. I saw it go by recently, but haven't read 
it. In my observation, MythTV seems to choose the lowest priority tuner 
for live TV.

If the control MythTV provides is inadequate to do what you want, 
there's probably a way that mvpmc can specify the desired tuner when it 
initially connects to the back-end for live TV streaming, but someone 
would have to code that functionality.
