Fixed.  This morning I went through the boot server configuration again
here (http://mvpmc.wikispaces.com/H2+Linux+Boot+-+NEW) and added the
mvprelay process and now it works.   I had tried adding the mvprelay
process before but it hadn't worked then, maybe rebooting my server
along the way helped...

Once booted I just had to go into the 'Settings' menu and under MythTV
add the IP for my MythTV server and it's all working again.....

So for whatever reason the 0.3.4 image for me requires the mvprelay
process, the previous version(s) worked without it.
