Thanks Simon. I'm not a developer, BTW. Anyway, I guess I'm still confused as 
to how to use mvpmc. I want to use videolan with mvpmc but I'm having 
difficulty finding documentation that clearly explains how to do this. The 
info I looked at for setting it up on OpenWRT seems to have the best 
explaination that I adapted to my situation except I need more info on how to 
implement the use of VLC (videolan) in the config file (dongle.bin.conf). Or 
do I even need to reference videolan in the config file at all? In the 
meantime, I'll d/l from git as suggested.
