Hmmm...I wonder if anyone has tried installing anything else in the socket, like memory, or other CF-format peripherals? More than anything the MVP could use some more RAM, but that probably isn't commercially available in the CF format, and even if it was, it'd probably take some kernel hacking to make use of it. But if we end up with a surplus of MVP boxes in a few years, the ability to plug in peripherals to that CF slot might be useful.
