Neither. Currently pressing the blue button has a fairly high chance of 
bringing you to a bookmark of a totally different file. Looking at the 
code I can't see how it would ever have worked reliably, to be honest.

This is a very misleading "error", it simply comes up if LiveTV is taking 
a while to start, which it usually does. If you allow the error to stay up 
for a while does LiveTV eventually start? Do you have working DNS for your 
mythbackend's hostname?

if you telnet to the mvp's IP address, then do:

killall mvpmc

that should kill the existing program

then just copy/paste the line you have in your dongle.bin.config which 
starts mvpmc into the terminal

You should then be able to just cut/paste the output from the program.
