Isn't the ring buffer approach obsolete? I thought MythTV did away with an accessible ring buffer a while back. I'd recommend avoiding the use of NFS when you're using the MVP as a MythTV client. It supposedly still works, but was obsoleted several MythTV revisions ago when they added streaming vis MythTV protocol. Use NFS for when you're viewing content outside of MythTV. That aside, when you use mvpmc to browse the filesystem to the mounted MythTV recordings directory, can you play videos OK? Are you only having problems with Live TV? Have you looked at the pages of the wiki that discuss what you need to do to get MythTV Live TV to work from mvpmc? -Tom ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Mvpmc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mvpmc-users mvpmc wiki: http://mvpmc.wikispaces.com/
