Mike, It was added Oct 9th.  So it should be in the nightly builds.

Any idea when this bookmarking code might be added to the official build?

WAF decrees that I stick with the bookmarking version, but that is getting
more out of date from the main nightly build every day.

Alternatively, can you publish the patch so I can roll my own?
