Mike, we have a winner! It turned out that the original message was actually the problem. The name of my backend is myth-server and I put in an /etc/hosts entry of mythtv-server. So it couldn't map the name. It popped right up in the debug messages. Added the right name and LiveTV worked right out of the box. The frontend is awesome! I really appreciate all of the team's efforts to make the MVP such a usable platform. Now all I need to do is find the remotes for the other two boxes.
