I thought I"d follow up to say that I'm still seeing this. what's most interesting is that a warm reboot of the device doesn't fix it once it starts happening. A cold boot also doesn't always appear to fix it. (sometimes yes, sometimes no). Whe it is working it can work for hours. once it starts happening tho the whole system becomes unstable.
