I just committed Chris Jensen auto commskip patch. Sorry for the delay, but I
just discovered the site

I added an OSD message on the auto commskip
In mythtv options you can disable the commskip and bookmark OSD messages.
All of the options in this menu are now saved in the config file (use the -F
option).
The only issue I see with auto commskip is if the backend has determined you
are in a break there is no way to override (other than disable commskip). In a
real frontend if you rewind the frontend after the skip will not jump again,
the mvpmc will.
