I've had the same trouble with ts files with no video in the mux for several years. I've posted a few links to files (AC3 here) but there hasn't been any development of this. Because I added DVB and QAM digital radio support to the GBPVR interface and I am liking how it works on the PC and remote PCH, I was going to go back on the code and see if I can remux these streams to audio in mvpmc rather than video to avoid the timing and PCR issues that happen with video.
