On collection pages (i.e. pages for saved collections) the "Download
as PDF" link at the bottom of the side bar will generate a PDF of the
whole collection. This link (constructed in Collection.body.php line
1067) has the form:
http://YOURWIKI/Special:Collection/render_collection/?colltitle=COLLEGTIONPAGE&writer=rl
Where YOURWIKI is depending on your setup (hostname, path etc.) and
COLLECTIONPAGE is the page name of the saved collection.
