No, currently there's no interaction. FlaggedRevs is (in terms of the deployment status) quite new, and AFAIK there's no MediaWiki API integration at this point (if there is, I stand corrected and would be happy about any pointer :). The "Add wiki page" link of the Collection extension does respect the currently viewed revision of an article though. So if some stable version is displayed, it's added to the current collection when you click that link.
