That would require a much deeper integration with the MediaWiki and its authorization mechanisms. Frankly, I'm not sure if this is desired, and I have no idea how this could be achieved in a general way, fitting to all MediaWiki installations. But it will mean a) a good amount of work, because achieving a somewhat meaningful estimation is by no means trivial b) more CPU consumption, because calculating the estimate already needs a considerable amount of CPU time.
