This is only possible by manually editing a saved collection which is 
then rendered. Just add a displaytext to the links referencing the 
articles like so:

instead of:

: [[SomeArticle ]]

write:

: [[SomeArticle|Display title of the Article]]

Adding non wiki pages to the pdf is not possible. Using a tool like 
pdftk is currently the only way.
