I'm getting an error trying to get the mwlib.cgi to work for my wiki:

This happens when I click on the 'PDF Version' link for a page on the
wiki.
I'm using Mediawiki 1.13.0 on CentOS
I've got the 0.9.2 versions of mwlib and mwlib.rl installed.
I cannot use the pediapress site to do the pdf generation as the wiki
is not internet accessible and the mwlib is installed on the same box
as mediawiki.
What other information can I provide?
