Neat tool, thanks for the work. What we're trying to do is collaborate
on some documents on the wiki, and then produce printed versions via
pdf. Yeah, more or less the same story as everyone. At the moment
we're rendering the documents using the pediapress server.

For the printed versions, there are a few things we would like to
customize.

a. It would be nice to turn off the page header, or change it to be
just the page number

b. we would like to omit the large type page name/rule that precedes
each wiki page.

c. we would like to omit the Source and Contributors info that follows
each wiki page.

d. We would like some way to create vertical space in the output. In
the wiki, the br tag works well to create vertical spacing, but it
doesn't seem to be honored in the pdf.

e. It's not clear to me how much of the pdf format comes from a style
sheet, and if so, which one?

I suspect the answer to most of this is that we should install mwlib
on our server and then use customconfig.py. But I didn't want to head
into that blindly.
