At least I just got the curl - statement to work.
It seems that the windows version of curl needs double quotes (") for
the URL.
Well - now the pdf is generated.

But in my version on my server i get an empty pdf generated.
The only content is a horizontal line and a the pagenumber 1 at the
top right of the page.
Here's the output of curl:
