Hello, since at least for the last 2.5 hours book uploading and PDF creation are not working from
http://ck-wissen.de/ckwiki/ This already happend a couple of times in the last few weeks and the reason is IMHO likely to be found on the PediaPress server, as we have not changed anything on our wiki. Is there are status page about the PediaPress server status somewhere? Would it be possible to provide an error message to the user, instead of displaying the messages ------------------------------------------------------------------- " Please wait a few moments – your book is being uploaded." or " Bitte habe Geduld, während das Dokument erstellt wird. Fortschritt: 0 % Diese Seite sollte sich alle paar Sekunden von selbst aktualisieren. Wenn das jedoch nicht geschieht, drücke bitte den „Aktualisieren“-Knopf (meist F5) deines Browsers." ------------------------------------------------------------------- for an apparently unlimited amount of time? Where should the user who is trying to order the book and does not speak English complain? Hope you can improve the availability and the uptime of this great project in the near future!
