Discovered the source of the problem here. With the name change from Collection to Book, all of the Collections saved under MediaWiki:Collections are no longer recognized as loadable Collections. Is there any "easy" way of fixing this besides manually moving all the old MediaWiki:Collections to MediaWiki:Books?
