when I added the following lines:
" $wgGroupPermissions['user']['collectionsaveasuserpage'] = true;
$wgGroupPermissions['autoconfirmed']
['collectionsaveascommunitypage'] = true;"
then panel "Save and share your collection" appear. But with only one
choice: save to user namespace, not in Collection category..
